Lauren Stevenson

Lauren earned her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University-Commerce and her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Texas Tech University.

Lauren is passionate about encouraging and empowering her clients to embrace healing and growth in their lives. She has experience working with adults who want to process and navigate change in the following areas: anxiety, depression, communication, parenting, relationships, boundaries, adjustment issues, grief, and self-esteem. Additionally, Lauren's decade of experience working in elementary, middle, and high schools has equipped her with a unique perspective of the adolescent experience in today's world. She helps her clients feel safe and accepted as they work together to develop coping skills for life’s everyday stressors.
